“This work painted in 1990 is related to my series of ozone works, which were painted in the same year.
The idea of natural processes and blocks of land is complemented by a naked couple, the Moa, the Marae and Auckland City. Ideas of time and nature have a certain insecurity or acceptance. Ozone holes as a natural anxiety, did not provoke any environmental debate when shown.”
