A retrospective of Roy Good's uncompromising painting will be on exhibit at Lopdell House Gallery from the 13 December 2007 until the 10 February 2008. Curated by University of Auckland Art Historian Edward Hanfling, the exhibition will be a journey through a lifetime of careful consideration of the painted surface and the seemingly endless permutations of formalist shapes.
The exhibition will be accompanied by a catalogue with full colour plates and an essay by Edward Hanfling.
