To tie in with the Parnell Rose Festival ARTIS Gallery will be
exhibiting works by Pat Hanly, Karl Maughan and Pamela Wolfe from the
26th of October until the 18th of November 2005.
The exhibition will include works depicting flowers in minute detail by
Pamela Wolfe with lush petals and rich colour contrasted with a dark,
shadowy background. Karl Maughan gives us a wider view of gardens with
vibrant colour and strong light and the Pat Hanly work will be a
constructed interpretation of a flower bouquet made from paintings.
All of these works will make up an exciting exhibition which celebrates flowers, colour and luscious paint.
